A. Primary Standard. In addition to meeting other applicable requirements set forth in this chapter, a licensee intending to perform a health awareness test at a temporary or mobile laboratory shall register the testing event with the Department before the testing event may occur.
B. Standards.
(1) A licensee shall inform the OHCQ by phone
or in writing of the date, time, location, and on-site supervisor's name for a
testing event at least 14 days before the event is to take place.
(2) A licensee shall display in a public
place at the testing site and throughout the testing event a copy of the
laboratory's license.
