Section 10.09.81.15 - Specific Conditions for Provider Participation - Home Delivered Meals

To participate in the ICS Program as a provider of home-delivered meals under Regulation .32 of this chapter, a provider shall:
A. Be approved and monitored by the Department; and
B. Use a cooking facility or food preparation site that:
(1) Has a food service license issued by the
local health department, in accordance with COMAR 10.15.03, or an appropriate
license from the state in which the site is located; and
(2) Is approved for each licensing renewal
based on inspections performed by State sanitarians in accordance with COMAR
10.15.03, or by the licensing authority in the state in which the site is
located.
