A. The Administrator shall develop a Program description booklet.
B. The Program description booklet is subject to approval by the Department.
C. The Program description booklet shall describe the essential features of the Program including:
(1) Eligibility
requirements;
(2) A listing of
available prescription drug plans and details of the prescription drug
plans;
(3) Termination
provisions;
(4) Appeal
procedures;
(5) Other Program
guidelines; and
(6) All other
terms, conditions, and limitations of the Program.
