Chapter 10.09.48 - Targeted Case Management for People with Developmental Disabilities
Section 10.09.48.03 - Participant Eligibility

To be eligible for services covered under this chapter, a participant or applicant shall:
A. Apply to be a Medical Assistance Program participant or be Medical Assistance Program eligible; and
B. Either:
(1) Have applied for services from the
Developmental Disabilities Administration but not yet had their eligibility
determined; or
(2) Be eligible for
funding from the DDA as set forth in COMAR 10.22.12, and meet one of the
following conditions:
(a) Be determined to
have a developmental disability and currently on the DDA waiting
list;
(b) Be receiving
comprehensive community services funded by the DDA; or
(c) Be determined to have a developmental
disability and in the process of transitioning to the community.
