Section 10.08.02.06 - Priority of Awards

The Department shall determine the priority of applicants for State grant funds after consideration of:

A. All eligible applications;

B. Each project, by the appropriate administration, for conformance with the program or plans for these services established by the respective administrations;

C. Priorities as established by the Department;

D. The reasonableness of the projected capital, and operating costs and revenues, for the facility;

E. The availability of State grant funds;

F. The total unallocated State grant funds available at the time the application is received; and

G. The readiness of the project to go before the Board of Public Works.
