Section 10.07.20.01 - Scope

This chapter applies to any person, whether public or private, operating a facility that:
A. Provides health-related services on a regular basis to individuals:
(1) Who do not require hospital care;
and
(2) Whose mental or physical
condition requires services that:
(a) Are
above the level of room and board; and
(b) Can be made available only through
institutional facilities; and
B. Has as its primary purpose the provision of health rehabilitative services for individuals with an intellectual disability or related conditions.
