A. The Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation shall establish a Hospital Employees Retraining Fund to pay for the costs of the Hospital Employees Retraining Program.
B. Fund Revenues.
C. The Hospital Employees Retraining Fund may be used only for expenses incurred for the administration and operation of the Hospital Employees Retraining Program including the costs of maintaining the Fund. Allowable costs may include but are not limited to:
D. At the end of each fiscal year ending on June 30, any unexpended funds remaining in the Fund shall be returned to the hospitals that contributed to the Fund on a pro rata basis as required by Labor and Employment Article, §11-201(h), Annotated Code of Maryland.
