Chapter 09.26.05 - Cross Training - Piloting Within Certain Areas

Universal Citation: MD Code Reg Piloting Within Certain Areas

Without additional experience or training, a pilot who held a docking master's license before October 1, 2004, may pilot a vessel when the vessel is inside North Point or within 10 miles of the Cove Point or Piney Point terminals.
