Section 09.20.02.01 - Qualifications of Plumbers-How Certificates May Be Issued

A. All plumbing work shall be performed, or supervised and approved, by a licensed master plumber who is:
(1) Familiar with its design and purpose; and
(2) Available to direct and control all journey and apprentice plumbers.
B. The license of a master plumber will be issued in the name of the master plumber.
C. All plumbing work performed, or supervised and approved, by a licensed master plumber shall be of ordinary worker-like skill and quality and shall conform both to the regulations promulgated by the Board and to applicable local laws and regulations.
