Section 09.19.12.01 - Time for Submitting License/Certification Application

A. An applicant who is approved by the Commission to sit for a license or certification examination shall be given up to 2 years from that approval date to sit for the appropriate examination.

B. An applicant who has successfully completed the license or certification examination shall apply and be approved for licensure or certification, including payment of all applicable fees, within 2 years of successfully completing the licensing examination in order for the applicant's test results to remain valid.
