Section 09.19.05.03 - Responsibilities of Licensees and Certificate Holders

A. A licensee or certificate holder shall respond to the Commission in writing within 30 days of receipt of a written communication from the Commission to the licensee or certificate holder.

B. The Commission shall send written communications by certified and first class mail to the last address furnished to the Commission by the licensee or certificate holder.
