Chapter 09.19.03 - Work Experience Requirements
Section 09.19.03.02 - Acceptable Work Experience

Acceptable work experience includes but is not limited to the following:

A. Fee and staff appraisals;

B. Ad valorem tax appraisals;

C. Review appraisals which are performed in accordance with Standard 3 of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice which is incorporated by reference under 55 FR 53613 (December 31, 1990);

D. Appraisal analysis;

E. Real estate counseling;

F. Highest and best use analysis;

G. Feasibility analysis or study; and

H. Market analyses that are prepared in accordance with Standards 1 and 2 of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice which are incorporated by reference under 55 FR 53613 (December 31, 1990).
