A. A course may not be credited towards the hours necessary to satisfy either the educational prerequisites for examination or for continuing education unless the course has been taught by a provider approved by the Commission.
B. Accredited universities and colleges, including community and junior colleges, are approved.
C. Other providers will be approved by the Commission if the Commission is satisfied that the provider is capable of providing courses which meet the educational requirements of this chapter.
