A. The Commission or its representative shall inspect each boxer to determine if facial hair or length of hair presents a potential hazard to the boxer, the boxer's opponent, or the referee's ability to supervise the match.

B. A boxer may not use excessive amounts of grease, any substance that constitutes an irritant, or any other foreign substance not allowed in a boxer's corner as described in COMAR 09.14.04.06B B.

C. A boxer in violation of §A or B of this regulation may be ordered by the referee or a Commission representative to alter or remove any substances.

D. Managers shall be responsible to insure compliance with the provisions of this regulation.
