A. In the Code of Ethics, the following words have the meaning indicated.
B. Terms Defined.
(1) "Board" means the Board for Professional
Land Surveyors.
(2) "Licensee"
means any person holding a license issued by the Board as a professional land
surveyor or a property line surveyor.
