A. The standards relating to Railroad Safety and Health: Track Safety Standards, as published in 49 CFR Part 213, § 213.1-- 213.241 and Appendices A and B, are incorporated by reference.
B. The amendments to the track safety standards as published in 47 FR 39401--39404 (September 7, 1982), 48 FR 35883 (August 8, 1983), and 49 FR 1988 (January 17, 1984) are incorporated by reference.
C. In the federal standards incorporated by reference by this regulation, the designations "Federal Railroad Administrator" and "Federal Railroad Administration" are amended to mean "Commissioner of Labor and Industry".
