A. An employer shall maintain a written record of the training for each crane operator, signal person, rigger, and crane operator trainee.
B. Training Records.
(1) All training records shall be maintained
for 3 years after the end of the individual's employment in the employer's
principal office of the business in Maryland.
(2) An employer shall make the training
records available to the Commissioner of Labor and Industry or the
Commissioner's representative for examination and copying upon
request.
