A. Registration of Corporate or Stable Names.

(1) A licensed owner or owners wishing to race under a corporate or stable name may do so by furnishing the federal ID number of the corporate or stable name and registering the name with the Commission annually.

(2) The registration of a corporate or stable name is effective only for the calendar year for which the registration is made.

(3) A corporate or stable name is subject to the approval of the Commission.

(4) A corporate or stable name may be abandoned at any time upon written notice to the Commission and publication of the abandonment.

B. A licensed owner may not register more than one corporate or stable name, or race under the owner's real name, so long as the owner is racing under a registered corporate or stable name.

C. A licensed owner, together with different owners in each instance, may be involved in other corporate or stable names.

D. A corporate or stable name may be changed at any time by registering a new corporate or stable name and by paying the fee.

E. A person may not register a corporate or stable name which has already been registered by any other person, or one which is the real name of an owner of race horses.

F. The Commission may demand the abandonment of a corporate or stable name at any time.

G. A trainer of race horses may not function as a trainer under a corporate or stable name.
