A. An act, agreement, or statement of an applicant may not constitute a valid waiver of any benefit or protection provided to an applicant under these regulations or applicable law.
B. Nothing in this regulation affects the validity of any waiver specifically permitted under the Commercial Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland.
