Section 09.01.10.02 - Standards

The following standards shall be considered in the grant, denial, renewal, or revocation of a license, when an applicant or licensee has been convicted of a crime:

A. The nature of the crime;

B. The relationship of the crime to the activities authorized by the license;

C. The relevance of the conviction to the fitness and qualification of the applicant or licensee to perform the occupation authorized by the license;

D. Other crimes of which the applicant or licensee has been convicted;

E. The length of time since the conviction;

F. The behavior and activities of the applicant or licensee before, and subsequent to, the conviction.
