A. Private or membership hunting and fishing lodges not operated commercially or conducted primarily as a business enterprise are permitted if they are located on lots of 100-acre minimum-lot area. Buildings are restricted to a:

(1) Maximum of 5,000 square feet of floor space;

(2) Maximum building height of 30 feet; and

(3) Minimum setback of 1,000 feet from the river's edge.

B. Hunting and fishing preserves and private camps operated as a commercial enterprise are permitted provided they are located on lots of 175-acre minimum-lot area. Buildings are restricted by the standards set forth in §A of this regulation.
