A. For male boxers, each competition round shall be three minutes in duration. No competition shall be scheduled for more than twelve rounds. There shall be a one-minute rest period between rounds.
B. For female boxers, each competition round shall be two minutes in duration. No competition shall be scheduled for more than ten rounds. There shall be a one-minute rest period between rounds.
C. For events televised live, the Authority may extend the duration of rest periods beyond one minute.
