.If a bona fide purchaser enters into a contract with the owner to purchase the Low-income Rental Housing Project and to maintain the income and rent restrictions on the property for 30 additional years, Maine Housing's right of first refusal terminates. If the property is not sold to the bona fide purchaser with the income and rent restrictions maintained on the property for 30 additional years, Maine Housing's 90 day right of first refusal begins anew.
