MaineHousing may match resources provided by a municipality in connection with a Development (which resources may include, without limitation, land, buildings, equipment, personnel, zoning provisions, and money) on a dollar-for-dollar basis, with the value of the resources being provided by the municipality to be determined by MaineHousing.
