The chief executive officer shall announce, no later than July 30 annually, the allocation of available funds between the Loan Repayment Program and the Loans for Dental Students Program. In the event that all funds available for use in the programs have not been awarded by September 30, the chief executive officer may reallocate funds among the programs.
