Section 411-401-5 - Participating District Employees Creditable Service

Except as provided in section 2-A(C) and (D), creditable service for participating local district employees will be granted on the same basis granted for State employees; that is, the classification of the local district will govern the length of service granted in the same manner as for State employees.
