The Secretary of State may suspend, revoke or refuse to issue or renew a driver education school or instructor license for noncompliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. A person refused a license or whose license is suspended or revoked may request a hearing with the Secretary of State. Administrative hearings are conducted in accordance with 29-A M.R.S.A, Chapter 23, Subchapter III, Article 3.
