Section 250-172-7 - Complaints by the public

A member of the public who contends that a vanity registration plate is prohibited by section 3 of this rule must submit a written complaint to the Bureau by email or in writing. The Vanity Plate Review Committee will review all complaints from the public to determine whether to recall the plate under the authority granted by 29-A M.R.S.A. section453, subsection 3-A and this rule.
