A. Sanctions. If either party fails to comply with these Rules, the arbitrator may make such orders as are just, and among others the following:
1. An
order prohibiting the party from introducing designated matters in evidence;
or
2. An order dismissing the
proceedings or rendering a judgment by default against the noncomplying
party.
