Hearings on claims submitted pursuant to Title 5 M.R.S.A., Section1510-A, subsection 2 or appeals made pursuant to subsection 3 shall be held at a time and place which the Board shall determine. the Chairman shall assign one or 3 members to hear and determine each claim.
