The following additions, insertions, deletions, and other changes are hereby made to the 2015 International Building Code:

1. Section 101.1

Delete [NAME OF JURISDICTION]; and

Insert "State of Maine" in its place.

2. Section 103

Delete Entire section

3. Generally in all Sections

Delete International Fuel Gas Code.

Insert NFPA 54 and Maine Fuel Board Rules.

4. Generally in all Sections

Delete International Plumbing Code

Insert Uniform Plumbing Code

5. Generally in all sections

Delete International Fire Code

Insert NFPA 1 2018 Edition

6. Section 512

Delete Entire Section

Insert ASTM E 1465-08

7. Section 801.3

Delete International Building Code

Insert NFPA 211

8. Section 902.1

Delete International Building Code

Insert NFPA 211

9. Section 903.1

Insert Factory built fireplaces shall be installed as per NFPA 211

10. Section 905.1

Insert, and NFPA 211

Delete, this chapter and chapter 3,5,7 and 8 and the International Fuel Gas Code.
