The Slot Machine or Casino Operator shall provide free of any charge a secure and segregated room at the slot machine or casino facility for the exclusive use of the Board staff or Department staff. The room shall provide the Department and its staff access to the full range of slot machine or casino facility surveillance capability, work space with computing capability, internal and external network access, and other work space to meet the needs specified by the Department. The office shall have a dedicated secure telephone line that has a different number than the telephone line of the slot machine facility. The secure telephone line shall provide not less than two extensions and direct emergency lines as specified by the Department. The Slot Machine or Casino Operator shall provide parking in proximity to the facility for use by the Board and Department staff on a basis consistent with parking made available to supervisory personnel of the slot machine or casino facility.
