Subsection 222-1-140-01 - ORDERING INSPECTION STICKERS

1. Inspection stickers must be ordered by mail utilizing the form designated by the Maine State Police Inspection Unit or online at www.maine.gov/online/inspectionstickers Requests for inspection stickers without the proper form and full payment will not be processed.

2. Payment for inspection stickers must be made by check or money order. Checks and money orders must be made payable to: "Treasurer - State of Maine." (A separate check or money order is required for each inspection station order).

3. Inspection stickers will not be issued or sold to stations that have been suspended, revoked, or have been listed as inactive for any reason.

NOTE: Inspection station licensees should order at least a three-month supply of stickers per order. See Title 29-A section 1766 and Supplemental Info.
