Pursuant to a settlement agreement reached inRisinger v. Maine Department of Human Services, (Civil No. 00-116-B, D. Me.), the Department is responsible for promulgating a rule to implement the timeliness standards contained therein which relate to the provision of in-home behavioral health services and case management services.
