5.1. The Maine CDC Director, upon recommendations from the Medical Director, shall appoint Panel members, who shall serve at his or her pleasure.
5.2.The Panel members shall consist of health and social service providers, public health officials, law enforcement officers, and other persons with professional expertise in maternal and infant health and mortality.
