Participants who do not adhere to SNAP E&T Provider performance requirements may be discharged from SNAP E&T services by the Provider and/or discharged from SNAP E&T by the Department. Requirements are part of the IEP. Participants may request conciliation or administrative hearings, as detailed in Section 11.
