This volume of the Maine Certificate of Need Procedures Manual is a comprehensive compilation of the major statutory and regulatory provisions governing the Maine Certificate of Need program. It is intended to assist users by presenting in an organized manner relevant statutory material from the "Maine Certificate of Need Act of 2002" as well as the "Dirigo Health Reform Act."
