Section 144-332-4-4 - HOUSEHOLD INCOME STANDARD

The Income Standard for the following groups is as follows:
A. Parents or caretaker relatives as defined in Part 3, Section 2.2: equal to or less than 100% of the Federal Poverty Level.
B. Effective October 1, 2023 children age 19 and 20 as defined in Part 3, Section 2.1(IV): equal to or less than 300% of the Federal Poverty Level.
C. Pregnant individuals as defined in Part 3, Section 2.3: equal to or less than 209% of the Federal Poverty Level.
D. Effective October 1, 2023 children under age 1 as defined in Part 3, Section 2.1(II): equal to or less than 300% of the Federal Poverty Level.
E. Effective October 1, 2023 children age 1 up to and including age 18 (under age 19) as defined in Part 3, Section 2.1(III): equal to or less than 300% of the Federal Poverty Level.
F. Expansion Adults as defined in Part 3, Section 2.4: equal to or less than 133% of the Federal Poverty Level, except for Expansion Parents and Caretaker Relatives eligible under Part 3, Section 2.4, whose income must be between 100% and 133% of the Federal Poverty Level.
