Section 144-332-4.5-4 - INCOME STANDARD

Current through 2024-38, September 18, 2024

The Income Standard for the following groups is as follows:

A. parents or caretaker relatives as defined in Part 3.5: equal to or less than 100% of the Federal Poverty Level (See Chart 6.5).

B. children age 19 and 20 as defined in Part 3.5: equal to or less than 156% of the Federal Poverty Level (See Chart 6.5).

C. pregnant women as defined in Part 3.5: equal to or less than 209% of the Federal Poverty Level (See Chart 6.5).

D. children under age 1 as defined in Part 3.5: equal to or less than 191% of the Federal Poverty Level (See Chart 6.5).

E. children age 1 up to and including age 18 (under age 19) as defined in Part 3.5: equal to or less than 157% of the Federal Poverty Level (See Chart 6.5).
