The Office for Family Independence (OFI) is required to provide appropriate notices in relation to a full MaineCare application filed by or on behalf of the individual determined to be presumptively eligible, but it is not required to send any notice regarding the discontinuance of the presumptive eligibility period and the individual has no rights of appeal in regards to that discontinuance.
