Once a hospital determines an individual is presumptively eligible, Medicaid coverage begins immediately and continues until the later of:
1. The last day of the month following the month in which presumptive eligibility was determined; or
2. If a full MaineCare application is filed prior to the last day of the month following the month presumptive eligibility was determined, the date on which a final eligibility decision is made.
