Chapter 325 - 1987 FLOOD RECOVERY POLICY
Section 144-325-VI - ELIGIBILITY CATEGORIES

Assistance shall be available to meet expenses or serious needs by providing essential items or services in the following categories:
1 Structural repairs. With respect to primary residences (including mobile homes) which are owner-occupied at the time of the disasters grants may be authorized to .
A repair, replace, or rebuild;
B provide access;
C clean or make sanitary;
D remove debris from such residences;
and/or
E provide or take minimum
protective measures required to protect such residence against the immediate
threat of damage.
2 Personal Property, such as any of the following that are not considered nonessential, luxury or decorative items. Grants may be authorized to:
A replace household items, furnishings or
appliances; and/or B) repair, clean or sanitize any eligible personal property
item.
