Chapter 325 - 1987 FLOOD RECOVERY POLICY
Section 144-325-V - APPLICANT'S RESPONSIBILITIES

1 The applicant must be able to verify how he has spent any other disaster assistance by proving any expenses, paid out of pocket, with valid receipts.

2 The applicant must provide acceptable estimates of repairs, replacements or other work to be done for flood related damages.

3 The applicant must choose a vendor acceptable to the Department. The applicant will be solely responsible for pursuing any complaint against the vendor in connection with the merchandise, installations or labor provided by the vendor, or any other action by the vendor.
