Current through 2024-38, September 18, 2024
Gross Lottery or gambling winnings, by any individual(s) in a single game, equal to or in excess of the figure found in Section 999-3 Chart 9 for Non-Categorical Households with an Aged or Disabled Member, shall disqualify the household from benefits until they reapply and financial eligibility guidelines set forth in Sections 333, 444 and 555 are met. When winnings are shared by household members and non-household members, a prorated share will be counted for the household. That share is determined by dividing the total countable winnings by the total number of winners and multiplying that figure by the number of winners who are household members.
