C. C. S./C.S.H.N. Program recipients who appeal timely the termination, discontinuance, suspension, or reduction of services within fifteen (15) days of the C.C.S./C.S.H.N. Program's date of notification of ineligibility for further participation by request for an informal conference shall continue to receive C.C.S./C.S.H.N. Program coverage until the date of Hearing Decision by the Hearings Officer. Applicants who are denied service at the initial determination may appeal the denial but shall not receive program service while awaiting the hearing.
