Chapter 267 - CERTIFICATION STANDARDS FOR PERSONS CONDUCTING CHEMICAL ANALYSES OF BLOOD AND BREATH FOR THE PURPOSE OF DETERMINING THE BLOOD ALCOHOL LEVEL
Section 144-267-5 - REPORTS OF LABORATORY ANALYSES

Current through 2024-38, September 18, 2024

A. The results of all analyses shall be recorded on a standard form as recommended or approved by the Department.

B. Two copies of the report are to be sent to the arresting officer, one copy to the appropriate District Attorney, one copy to the Department of Public Safety or its agent, one copy to the Secretary of State, and one copy to the Public Health Laboratory, Department of Human Services, State House, Augusta, Maine 04333. Copies provided to the Secretary of State and the District Attorney or his agent shall be certified as provided in 29 M.R.S.A. § 1312.
