SUMMARY: These rules set forth the qualifications necessary for an individual to be certified by the Department of Human Services to analyze blood and breath samples for alcohol level. Included in the rules are criteria pertaining to proficiency testing, sample procedures, accuracy of analyses, reporting data and continuing certification.
STATUTORY AUTHORITY: These rules are authorized under 29 M.R.S.A. §1312(6) and 22 M. R.S.A. § 42(1)
