SUMMARY STATEMENT
These Rules are established to ensure that bulk water transportsin the State of Maine are free from any contaminants known to be harmful to public health, to assure that the water is safe for consumption by the general public.
AUTHORITY
These rules are promulgated under the authority of 22 M.R.S.§§42 and 2660-C.
