Section 144-221-5.0 - REPORTING REQUIREMENTS

5.1 Purpose. The purpose of this section is to define the reporting requirements of the volunteers to the Radiation Control Program.
5.2 Information. The volunteers will report on a weekly basis to Radiation Control Program as specified in section 3.2. The Division will maintain records of these reports.
5.3 Alarm Levels. Whenever the pre-determined alarm rate is exceeded the specific time and location shall be recorded. Notification shall be made to the Radiation Control Program.
5.4 Summary Reports. At least annually the Radiation Control Program shall submit a summary report to the Monitoring Network of the monthly readings.
