Section 144-118-9.A - Provision of Professional Programs and Services

The facility shall provide professional and special programs and services to the clients based on their needs.

9.A.1. A need is deemed to be unmet when the client is not functioning optimally in a given environment.

9.A.2. Programs and services provided by the ICF/MR or to the ICF/MR by outside agencies or individuals must meet the standards for quality of services required.
